The unique mass production environment

Clothing+ offers manufacturing services in China, where the mass production technologies and textile component know-how are combined in the high volume production line. The factory specializes in manufacturing textile products according to the quality, tolerance and functional requirements of the customer. Quality, reporting and logistic systems are defined to meet the customer requirements.

In mass production, Clothing+ uses different kinds of technologies like lamination, ultrasonic welding, laser-cutting and computer-guided sewing. The assembly technologies allow integrating cables, sensors and electronics into textiles.

The Clothing+ factory is located in Zhejiang, China. Production capacity is several million units/year. Mass production has been running since 2003.
